Will my delivery be impacted by Covid-19?
We ship Australia and worldwide 5 days a week (excluding public holidays) from our Sydney warehouse. Depending on our courier or postage service at the time of your order, your delivery may incur a delay during Covid-19. It’s a crazy time for all online businesses so please bear with us. We will ensure you are feeling fresh and clean as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.
How long does delivery take?
For all orders within Sydney, please allow 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. If you are outside of Sydney, you can expect your delivery to arrive within 3-5 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 14 days for delivery. Please note:international orders can take longer due to the impact of Covid-19 on courier delays.
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been shipped. You will be able to track your parcel online.
